Chrysanthemum Tea with Wisconsin Ginseng and Ophiopogon

Ingredients

- - Wisconsin Ginseng Slices 30g (about 2 tablespoons)
- - Ophiopogon 40g (about 2 tablespoons)
- - Chrysanthemum 10g (about 2 tablespoons)
- - Dried Longans 40g (about 2 tablespoons)
- - Honey Adequate
Step
- 1. Rinse the Wisconsin Ginseng slices and dried longans - small in water thoroughly for later use;
- 2. Rinse the ophiopogon and chrysanthemum in water thoroughly for later use;
- 3. Put ginseng slices, ophiopogon and longans into a casserole, pour in some water and boil for about 45 minutes;
- 4. Put in the chrysanthemum, and allow it to steep for about 5 minutes, add honey and mix before serving. It can be served in both cold and hot conditions;
